By downloading, accessing, or using the Proofed app ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.
Proofed provides sourdough tracking, timeline generation, and AI-assisted crumb evaluation. You understand that bread baking is a biological process influenced by environmental factors, and Proofed's generated timelines and advice are estimates, not guarantees.
Some features require a paid subscription ("Proofed Pro"). Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
You retain all rights to any images or text you submit to the Service. By uploading images for AI evaluation, you grant Proofed a temporary license to transmit these images to our third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI) solely for the purpose of providing the evaluation service.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Proofed does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
